Before I began the program this spring, my game was declining. I was losing distance and consistency. Now, I have added at least 20 yards to my drives and have lost a couple inches in my waist to boot!. Best of all, I have shaved 3 strokes off my handicap without the benefit of a lesson. I am striking the ball much better and finally understand the relationship between my lower body and my swing.
