The remaining 18 championship holes are not long in length but offer some of the most diversified golfing terrain in the state. A distinctive assortment of Scottish links style holes with traditional tree-lined Northern Michigan holes will inspire you to mark your calendars for your next golf vacation. Opened in 1996, the course has gained a reputation of providing a quality round at a reasonable price. The past two seasons Black Bear was a "People's Choice Award Winner"and is a Golf Digest 4-Star recipient.
