Angel Cabrera becomes the first Argentinan to win the 73rd 2009 Masters Tournament . Cabera, Chad Cambell, and Kenny Perry tied at 12 under in the final round of the Masters forcing the first three-man sudden-death playoff in 22 years of Masters history. Cambell fell short with a bogey on the 1st hole of the playoff. Angel Cabrera defeated Kenny Perry on the 2nd hole of the sudden-death playoff with a par.
